The blankets are made with natural silk. All of Zins vintage Kantha collections have been made by and have helped support marginalised rural women from Shantiniketan, a small town near Bolpur in the Birbhum district of West Bengal, India.

Sustainability and making every effort to be as planet-friendly as possible is really important to us. That is why we only use compostable outer packaging for all of our orders, along with recyclable swing tags on all of our products. We try to keep the rest of our packaging to a minimum in order to reduce waste. 

All of Zins baby blankets are made using vintage Saris. As a result, some products may have patches, we believe this only adds to their individuality, character and charm. All the blankets are double washed in the production process.
